Does ‘Backup/Restore’ backup all Files and Databases?

Yes. You can backup multiple sites (files + databases) from the Backup/Restore icon under the Web Files Section From Fist Host Cpanel.

Here you can select Backup Type:

• Files
• Databases

to create a backup of all at once. The backup created contains both site files and database information if you select both options or as per your selection.

You can download any completed backups below.
Please note that backups older than 12 hours are automatically removed.
